WHITE PEPPER GROUND A SPICE AFFAIR SHAKER
Also known as the fruit of the pepper plant, I add a distinct mild pepper flavour to foods.
I’m the white coloured pepper : instead of being picked the almost ripe and sun-dried, the outer layer of the berry was removed before or after drying, leaving only the inner seed.
Use-me to replace black pepper in white or light coloured foods such as mayonnaise, cream-based soups or white sauces.
PS. I’m also great combined with chicken!
Ingredients: white pepper ground.
