Nonna always chooses me to season her tomato sauce or pizza! You should do the same! Use 3-4 tablespoons per 700ml (24.5 fl oz) of your favourite strained tomatoes. You should also use me to make dips, sauces, soups, season popcorn * oh yes, oh yes * or vegetables.
