MUSTARD BROWN SEEDS NUTRIVILLA BULK
My seeds are a little smaller, softer but more pungent than yellow mustard seeds. Widely used in France thanks to Dijon mustard, I am a must-have in Indian vegetarian cuisine and I am also found in traditional West Indian cuisine. I am fried in hot oil to release my nutty, slightly bitter flavor to vegetables, marinades and vinaigrettes. Married with other spices, I can be used in dry marinade on meats.
