I’m the wild sister of Oregano: a sweet, aromatic herb used in a wide variety of cuisines. With my subtle, fruity flavour, I’m commonly used in French and Italian herb blends to add a wonderful herbaceous flavour to roasted meats, tomato and vegetable dishes. Also sweet and complex, I’m wonderful in homemade vinaigrette dressings. Add me towards the end of cooking!
