Known to be extremely difficult to source, I am a unique and flavorful spice. I am said to be a milder and more oily pepper than the conventional crushed red pepper, with a fruity twist.
Sometimes they call me Aleppo pepper;a great substitute for paprika. Add me to anything from meats to soups for a little kick of aromatic sweetness.
